The Buona Sera Inn No Longer Accepts American Express Cards
John Casterlin August 2015
With apologies to our valued guests, The Buona Sera Inn will no longer be accepting American Express cards as payment for our rooms as of September 1st, 2015. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.
The Buona Sera Inn is a Family Owned business. Our motto is "Unique Lodging At Affordable Prices". In order to keep true to our goal of providing the cleanest, most confortable and affordable rooms we possibly can, the decision was made to discontinue our relationship with American Express.
Once again, we regret any inconvience this may cause to our Guests. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards as payment for our reservations and rooms.
The Buona Sera Inn requires a Credit Card to be on file for room security. Debit cards, Prepaid credit cards and cash are not accepted for room security. Guests may pay for their reservations by Debit Card, prepaid credit cards and cash, however you will be asked to show either a Visa, Mastercard or Discover Credit Card at check in.
Many guests are under the impression that because their Debit Card has a Visa or Mastercard logo, it is a Credit Card. That is not the case. These types of cards are either associated with your checking account, or are prepaid at the time of purchase. The Buona Sera Inn cannot accept these types of cards for room security.
We hope this clears up any misconceptions.
John & Mardie, your Innkeepers.
